Homelander provides software for property discovery, verification, legal collaboration, stakeholder coordination and transaction accountability.
04 Verification Disclaimer
Verification workflows support better diligence but do not guarantee title, ownership, property condition, legal outcome or transaction completion.
Important: Verification supports diligence; it is not a guarantee of a transaction outcome.
05 User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, lawful conduct, respectful communication and protecting account credentials.
06 Payment Terms
Paid services, subscriptions, commissions, verification fees and payouts are governed by the applicable plan, invoice or platform payment flow.

Homelander owns its platform, brand and software. Users retain ownership of their content while granting us permission to process it for service delivery.
08 Account Suspension
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create risk, submit misleading information or misuse the platform.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Homelander is not liable for indirect losses, third-party conduct or decisions made outside the platform.
